1. Before registration

Registration Notice
● All sellers must provide accurate information to Amazon and buyers and update the information as it changes. This includes:
➧ The business name you use must accurately identify your business;
➧ Provide the most accurate and up-to-date business address, email, and phone number so Amazon can contact you if necessary.
● Make sure you are using a valid international credit card and a valid billing address to charge.
● Amazon may suspend or terminate your account and selling privileges if we determine that your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity (eg, using a purchased account to sell).
Preparation of registration materials
Before registering a global store account, you need to prepare all the materials as required, including:

2. Registering
Seller Support

Verify email
During the registration process, sellers will receive an email from Amazon with a 6-digit verification code. If you don’t receive the verification email, go to the spam box to see if it has been classified as spam by the mailbox. If it still doesn’t, wait a moment and click the “Resend Verification” link on the screen.
Fill in company information
- Select the company address: in the “Company Address” drop-down list, please correctly select the country or region you are in (for mainland Chinese sellers, select “China”);
- Please keep the same as your office address when filling in the company address;
- Fill in the company name: When the seller fills in the company’s legal name, if it is prompted that the legal name is too long, it is recommended to use all lowercase pinyin without spaces; if the maximum input limit is exceeded, please try to fill in the main part of the company name;
- PIN code verification: The PIN receiving method means which method to use for verification, you can choose SMS or phone. When there is an error in the system verification, please try to use other; language verification or SMS verification, 3 times unsuccessful, you need to wait for 1 hour before re-verification;
- Main contact person: Please fill in the pinyin of the name of the legal person of the company. If the main contact person is not the legal representative, the authorization letter of the legal representative needs to be provided in the later review;
- Fill in the credit card information:
➧ If the billing address of the credit card you fill in is inconsistent with the billing address you filled in the bank, it may cause the account registration to fail.
Fill in the seller’s personal information
● If the residential address is different from the default corporate office address on the page, you can click the “Add another address” link to add a new address;
● The beneficiary of the company: the beneficiary must be the owner or manager of the company, that is, a person who directly or indirectly owns 25% or more of the company’s shares, or has the right to decide business development, or exercise management rights over the company in other forms. company. Please fill in the number of beneficiaries according to the actual situation, and fill in the contact information of each beneficiary. Please fill in all the information in pinyin, and the information will be verified. If the beneficiary of the company has only one legal representative, “I have added all the beneficiaries of this company”, select “Yes”, if not, select “No”. Fill in credit card information
Check that the default address information is the same as the credit card billing address. If different, please click “Add New Address”, and then fill in the new address information in English or Pinyin.
Submit Authentication
